Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Delivery Time: 30–45 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as logistics delays, customs processing, or carrier issues.


Shipping Fees

  • Orders with a total value of over $40 qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders below this amount will be charged a standard shipping fee at checkout.
  • Oversized or heavy items are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping costs for these items are calculated based on weight and will be displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available, it will be included in the email.
